These website terms apply to your use of the Sparkle Occasions by Shirlee website. Event services are also governed by the proposal, invoice, or agreement provided for your specific occasion. If a client agreement conflicts with general website information, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.
Website information
Service descriptions, package information, examples, photographs, availability, and pricing information on this website may be updated. A website inquiry does not reserve a date or create a service agreement.
Booking and service agreements
An event is considered booked only when the requirements stated in the applicable proposal or agreement have been completed. Those requirements may include acceptance of an agreement and payment of a required retainer or other amount.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, timely decisions, required venue or vendor information, and payments by the dates stated in their agreement or invoice. Changes to event scope, location, guest count, timing, or requested services may affect availability, pricing, or required revisions.
Third-party vendors
Venues, caterers, entertainers, transportation providers, florists, rental companies, photographers, and other third parties may have their own contracts, policies, fees, and responsibilities. Unless a client agreement specifically states otherwise, third-party services are governed by the terms of the applicable vendor.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding, graphics, and original site materials may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission. Client-provided materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to client areas, interfere with site operation, upload malicious files, or use forms for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
